Weber utilizes only the finest raw materials and the most advanced manufacturing techniques. We coat our own mill rolls with pressure-sensitive adhesives, slit them to customer specifications, and print all orders on state-of-the-art flexographic presses.
These high-speed presses produce roll or fanfold labels in up to ten colors, including spectacular four-color process. With over one hundred different combinations of paper and film facestocks coupled with numerous adhesives, we can create a label that is perfect for its intended application.
Weber also designs, engineers, and fabricates a line of automatic label printer-applicators. These units feature high-speed, precise label placement along with unsurpassed print quality. To better meet the individual needs of our customers, each model is made to customer specifications, with a choice of printheads and application methods.
